This wine is grown from old vines. During harvest, the grapes are soaked in their juice at cold temperatures in order to extract the entire range of red fruit flavors. After crushing and fermentation, the wine is barrel-aged for 12 months.
The bouquet reveals wild berries, blackberries, and blueberry flavors and delicate woody notes. The taste of the wine is fine and sophisticated.
Should be consumed within six years.
