The Grand Cru is grown in heavy and calcium-rich soils on the hillside of Mont sur Rolle. The wine itself is a light white wine, delicate, fruity and refreshing and has a subtle bitterness, typical of its terroir.

The winery is open each Wednesday from 4 pm to 7 pm and Saturday mornings from 10.30 to 12.30. We also welcome visitors other days of the week but please phone in advance to confirm your visit.
