This chasselas wine is produced as naturally as possible. The grapes have been organically grown and even the yeast employed for fermentaion has been made at the winery. There are no additives except for a touch of sulphur added after fermentation to ensure quality.
The wine has a finely chiseled mineral and floral bouquet and a sharp but refined quality on the palate.

The winery is open each Wednesday from 4 pm to 7 pm and Saturday mornings from 10.30 to 12.30. We also welcome visitors other days of the week but please phone in advance to confirm your visit.
